Below are the terms and conditions that apply to participation in the “Refer a Friend” promotional program currently offered by Tax Advice.
If you wish to participate in the “Refer a Friend” program described below, you agree to the terms of the program and to the users you refer described below.
- Please note that each friend you wish to refer must use your specific referral link /link/ in accordance with the terms and conditions associated with the specific promotional campaign.
- By clicking “Refer a Friend” and sharing your link with your friend, you agree that you have the express consent of your friend to send him advertising materials to receive promotional messages from you about Tax Advice products and services.
- For each friend you refer, you will receive only one bonus of 100 BGN
A bonus of BGN 100 is paid ONLY, if the friend you referred to applies for a Federal and State tax refund at the same time.
If your friend chooses to apply for a Federal Tax refund ONLY OR chooses to apply for a State Tax refund ONLY, then the bonus amount is BGN 50.
- Any friend you refer must be a person with whom you have a direct and personal relationship.
- You may not distribute your referral link via mass email or solicit random people in any form through commercial advertising or other similar means.
- Tax Advice reserves the right to review, investigate and disqualify anyone from participating in the Tax Advice referral program at any time and reserves the right to disapprove a referral that, in our sole discretion, is solicited or made in a manner inconsistent with the spirit or rules and the terms of the Tax Advice referral program.
- Any person referred by you to Tax Advice must NOT have/had a Tax Advice online account.
- You agree to provide us with a copy of your personal identity card /including your personal Tax ID number / prior to payment of bonus amounts by us, so that we can declare to the National Revenue Agency what amounts we have paid you.
We do NOT withhold taxes on your bonus pay-outs.
You expressly agree that you understand and agree to pay the necessary taxes to the National Revenue Agency by yourself and agree to declare the amounts paid by us as a bonus under the “Refer a Friend” program by yourself.
